What do you think about adoption?

With regard to what I think about adoption, I consider it a very nice thing since it provides an opportunity for a child to have a family that gives him love, support and values ​​that form him as a person.

What do you think about violence on television?

I believe that this topic is useful for society and it is time we are invaded by the extreme violence shown on television and on various fields, such as political, psychological violence to certain groups of society and also physical; which has a very harmful background especially when hate messages are delivered that are no contribution.

What do you think about pets in the house?

Having pets in the house is undoubtedly the most beautiful since they are an important component in the home as a member of the family that is always there and rejoices in the saddest moments you can have. I love them and especially dogs.

What do you think about immigration?

With regard to migration, I think it is a very important issue to address, although I am not against migration and in fact I consider it a human right that we all have and cannot be denied, I believe that there should be migration policies that regulate the issue and also that the state is responsible for promoting these policies effectively so that the systems are not collapsed by it.

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

hello, well the truth is that I would like to do more than one postgraduate degree to continue perfecting the career, one of the courses that I would like to take has to do with leadership and team management since I consider that these are unpredictable tools for efficient development within any organization in addition to seeking to respond to the challenges that professionals in the management of people and human teams in organizations must face. Although my current career is mainly focused on the public sector, it does not mean that I can develop in the private world in that sense, I would like to do a postgraduate degree in the private sector. I would like to take these courses here in Chile but I do not rule out doing one abroad, which I would like very much. The form or method of learning that is pleasing to me would be a mixed system that contemplates both face-to-face classes with specialized academics and also online in a way where there is a more practical approach with research, readings and virtual groups to complement the study in addition to theories and practical experiences that can be delivered to us that will allow you to deepen knowledge in the area and enhance your professional career. I think it is very important for a professional to add tools and specializations that complement and enrich the profession mentioned and thus deliver good work to the field in which they develop.
